The Claude LLMs are built by Anthropic (An AI lab partnered with Amazon). These are a group of online LLMs that require an account. There are multiple subscription tiers, including a basic free plan, pro plan, team plan, and large enterprise plan.

The Claude LLM is best known for its coding and programming abilities. It has a powerful “artifact” preview feature, which allows users to render code directly in the browser in real time (instead of having to deploy it separately to view it).

They also recently introduced a feature called Computer Use, which lets Claude control your actual computer. This mimics human behavior in terms of clicking files, browsing the web, typing, and more.

Another groundbreaking feature by the Anthropic team is the MCP (Model Context Protocol) protocol, which allows any LLM (including Claude) to interact with any data via a standardized process. This open protocol is already being integrated into hundreds of websites and products for easier LLM access across apps.
