The Nemotron family of LLMs were created by Nvidia. They are based on the open-source LlaMa models and fine-tuned through RLHF. The Nemotrons are text LLMs used specifically for chat completion.

While Nvidia is ubiquitous in LLM hardware, they are also starting to make solid progress in the LLM software world too.
